Sinjin aspires to be the CEO of a newly re-opened HellCorp, and he does this with his business-loving friends. HellCorp stars the inimitable Sinjin, who just happens to be a businessman. So, just like the rest of us, you must start at the top. You have a blank save file that takes you right back to level 1 and all your funds are wiped out. The best bit comes right after you beat the game. It is quite the sharp comic book parable of the modern religion of success, celebrity, and mass consumption. Sure, the game can be frustrating at times, but that is part of what makes it great! HellCorp is a game with a ton of heart. There is a glut of systems to learn and the combat is not as good as it could be. Though it does a lot of things right, it also does a lot of things wrong. It presents itself as a roleplaying dungeon crawler/RPG, but in reality, it is so much more than that.
